(RTTNews) - Wednesday, a report by the Bank of Korea said the overseas credit card spending by South Koreans fell 27.6% year-on-year in the fourth quarter, reversing an 8.3% growth in the third quarter. This was the first drop in overseas card spending since the third quarter of 2003.
